Clearwater Is Going Ducking Crazy in January

The World’s Largest Rubber Duck is coming to Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater, Jan. 9-26. The 61-foot installation named “Mama Duck” will grace downtown Clearwater for three weeks with a variety of events to accompany her stay. “Timmy,” her 10-foot-tall baby duckling, can be seen now through the end of January at various Clearwater locations.
This activation is presented by the city of Clearwater and sponsored by the Downtown Development Board, Spa Manufacturers Inc., Visit St. Pete-Clearwater, CGS Energy, and the Hampton Inn and Suites Clearwater Beach.

Exclusive Jeep Photo Opportunity
- Friday, Jan. 9
- Be the first to see the duck! Get an unobstructed photo with your Jeep, or any vehicle, and the World’s Largest Rubber Duck. Only 100 spots are available. Reserve your five-minute slot for $15. - 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Explore a diverse array of products from local artisans, makers, and small businesses. There will be a live DJ, pet adoptions, fresh produce, a bounce house, games and additional entertainment for children of all ages.
Duck Dash 5K
- Sunday, Jan. 11
- Put on your duck gear and yellow running attire and join us for a timed 5K race with the giant rubber duck as your backdrop.

Rubber Ducky's Birthday Bash with Jack Hartmann and Mr. Brad in Concert
- Saturday, Jan. 17
- 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Join us for a fun-filled birthday celebration featuring concerts by beloved children’s music performers Jack Hartmann and Mr. Brad! There also will be a petting zoo, bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals, children’s crafts, and family-friendly vendors.
Scenes on the Green

Duck 'n' Drive Jeep Invasion
- Saturday, Jan. 24
- 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
- This festival is for Jeep lovers! Enjoy live music by Turn It On Again (Phil Collins Tribute Band), axe throwing, touch-a-Jeep areas, food trucks, a beer garden and tons of great vendors.
