Countryside Family Fall Fest

Celebrate the start of the season at Countryside Recreation's Family Fall Fest! Enjoy a night full of games, prizes, inflatables, crafts, and so much more! Food trucks will have food available for purchase. Costumes are encouraged. Cost for children ages two through 18 is $4 with pre-registration and $6 day of event. Children under two and adults are free. Event goes from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2 at the Countryside Recreation Center.
Volunteer help is needed for this event! Volunteers will run game stations and monitor bounce houses, ensuring families have lots of safe fun.

Clearwater Jazz Holiday

The Clearwater Jazz Holiday is a multi-day, world-class, live, music festival, enjoyed by thousands of fans taking place the third week of every October and now in its 47th year. The music festival has evolved from a series of concerts on the back of a flatbed truck and at venues around Clearwater into an annual, international, music festival that draws tens of thousands of visitors each year to beautiful Coachman Park in Clearwater, against the backdrop of the Gulf, warm breezes, brilliant sunsets, and one of the world’s greatest beaches. The festival features a combination of legendary and relevant musical artists and a gathering of an amazingly diverse fan base. Over its 47-year history, a long and impressive list of legendary jazz talents have made stops in Clearwater such as Woody Herman, Buddy Rich, Dizzy Gillespie, Herbie Mann, Dave Brubeck, Tito Puente, Stephan Grappelli, Stan Getz, and the Count Basie Orchestra.

This event will take place Friday, Oct. 16, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Admission is $3 per person. Pay in person day of event. Cashless payments only. Children under the age of two are free.
Lots of volunteer help is needed for this event! Volunteers will greet, check patrons in, take payment, and run games. Festive Halloween attire is encouraged and pizza is provided!

The Homeschooler's Club provides supplemental education for your homeschooler through fun learning activities and games. We will include a variety of STEAM activities, games, crafts, and art projects for children/teens of all ages.
What do you get when you put Halloween, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, and Art together? You get a lit up spooky Haunted House. Use building design, electrical engineering, and art skills, to build a haunted house, decorate it, and create circuits to light up the window/windows.

One of Tampa Bay’s longest-running Thanksgiving traditions is back. The city of Clearwater and Achieva Credit Union will welcome thousands of runners, walkers and families to the 2026 Achieva Clearwater Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, Nov. 26 at Clearwater High School.
Participants of all ages and abilities can choose from three signature race options:
- Achieva 5K Timed Run — 7 a.m. start, for competitive runners
- FrankCrum Family Fun 5K — 8 a.m. start
