Our stormwater team reviews flooded storm-drain locations to prevent safety issues or property damage.

Keep in mind:

  • If this is an emergency, please call 911. 
  • This service does not apply to flooding inside your residence.

This service is for flooded areas within the city of Clearwater limits only. Make sure to check if your location is located within the city of Clearwater.

Step 2.Report your concern to the city

To report flooding, standing water and non-emergency situations, report the issue online:

Step 3.We will review your report

The city will send out stormwater staff to inspect the flooding issue.
