The Clearwater Public Utilities department is nearing completion of a reclaimed water main replacement project. Our goal is to restore service to the transmission main by Friday, Sept. 26.
Also, Utility Customer Service phone lines are closed daily from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. During this time, representatives will be unavailable. We encourage customers to email, or call back after 1:30 p.m.

Health and safety are of the upmost importance to the City during this time. During the time COVID-19 is active, in order to reduce travel and personal interactions, we are requesting that all solicitation documents be submitted electronically.
