North Beach Stormwater Improvement Project Plans are under way to implement the North Clearwater Beach stormwater master plan to improve the existing stormwater system to help minimize future flooding.
Beach by Design This special area plan sets forth a series of strategies for the revitalization of Clearwater Beach in six major areas: land use, mobility, off-street parking, catalytic projects, economic feasibility and financing, and design guidelines.
Solid Waste Truck Wash Facility Renovation The city of Clearwater Solid Waste Department operates a truck- washing facility at its Solid Waste Complex, which is used to manually clean collection vehicles, transfer trailers, roll-off containers, and commercial compactors. This project will upgrade the facility with a new automated truck-washing system, two bays, two new manual washing bays and new equipment.
