The city of Clearwater has two parking locations that are nationally certified through the Electric Vehicle Adoption Leadership (EVAL) program:
Coachman Park Lot 11 received gold status with three dual-port chargers.
Garden Avenue parking garage was ranked silver and has two single-port chargers.
The EVAL certifications range from Bronze to Platinum, representing a tiered system that measures the quality and effectiveness of an organization in areas such as education, assessment practices, and training.
- Bronze is entry-level, indicating that organizations have met basic criteria and show a foundational understanding of practices with room for growth.
