The Big Cleanup Clearwater: A Call to Action After the Hurricanes

The city of Clearwater, in partnership with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, AMPLIFY Clearwater and Visit St. Pete-Clearwater, is proud to announce the 4th Annual Big Cleanup Clearwater.

The Big Cleanup

November 08, 2024

The Big Cleanup Clearwater is a weeklong volunteer initiative that takes place citywide, focusing on removing litter that threatens the environment and marine life, especially in light of the damage caused by recent storms. Since the inaugural year in 2021, more than 16,000 pounds of litter was collected.

Plays in the Park

November 08, 2024

Various Dates - Participate in a theatrical picnic! Clearwater library will be reading an act of a famous play aloud as a group, with parts randomly assigned! No acting experience is required. Please bring a picnic blanket, towel, etc.; we'll be meeting in the first-floor Main Library lobby and from there, we'll head to a nice spot in the park (weather permitting).
