Residential and Commercial:
- Permit application with job description. Include manufacturer names, NOA’s or Florida product approval numbers with one (1) copy and installation requirements.
- Provide two (2) copies of a floor plan clearly indicating new and existing windows and or doors.
- Buildings located on barrier islands must indicate the distance between window and exterior corner of building. Provide component and cladding pressure calculations as per ASCE 7.
- Impact protection exemption properties must provide calculations verifying new unprotected glazed openings will be less than 25 % of total gross window area in the house – 1 & 2 family structures only.
