MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING PARKING GARAGE RESTORATION
INVITATION TO BID
The work includes: The rehabilitation of the Clearwater Municipal Services Building Parking Garage (located at 640 Pierce Street), including concrete repairs to floors, ceilings, columns, walls, and precast tee beams. Floor slab cracks and joints will be sealed and the existing roof level traffic bearing membrane will be removed and replaced. Miscellaneous repairs will be completed throughout the garage, including installation of supplemental drains, sign and door hardware replacement, lighting upgrades, bearing pad removal and installation of bearing support brackets, and miscellaneous painting.
