“Come Fly With Me” by local artist Alyssa Marie, is a striking 20-by-10-foot butterfly wings mural located at Coachman Park, 300 Cleveland St., in downtown Clearwater. Commissioned by the city as part of Coachman Park’s revitalization and public-art initiative, this is one of three murals installed to welcome visitors to the waterfront space. When viewed from the right angle, the mural’s wing design is intended as a “photo-op moment,” giving the illusion that the wings emerge from the viewer inviting engagement, creativity, and a sense of fun.
