BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The City seeks an interested party to redevelop the property located at 0 Lee St. The property has a total area of area of .103 acres and is zoned Medium Density Residential.  Included is an aerial of the site (reference Exhibit A).

SUBMIT LETTERS OF INTEREST TO: It is recommended that LOIs are submitted electronically through our bids website at https://www.myclearwater.com/business/rfp.  Alternatively, proposers may mail or hand-deliver LOIs to the address below:
